=520  3\$aThis essay analyses the link between the work of the Argentinian author Antonio Di Benedetto and the French nouveau roman. In order to achieve this goal, it leaves aside the influence and anticipation issues, and it focuses on the convergence perspective: this approach presupposes that Di Benedetto's narrative within the immanent development of the Argentinian narrative, have similar problems to those that the French avant-garde considered in the middle of the 20th century.
