=520  3\$aThe present work is a lexicographical study of the Te-soro de la Lengua Castellana Abreviado, an anonymous work of the XVllth century, never republished till today. The chapter comprises a study of the macrostructure (572 openings, 76% nouns) and the microstructure of the first part. The microstructure is composed of brief glosses characterized by definitions, phraseology, little use of quotations etc. The source of this first part -ma-crostructure and microstructure- is the Tesoro de la lengua castellana o espaftola by Sebastian de Covar-rubias (1611).
