In the present work it is exposed how, although it is not possible to mediation in criminal proceedings and specifically when dealing with cases of victims and witnesses, if certain aspects can be used in the work with these cases, both in their interaction with the Relationships (family, friends, work, etc.), as well as the institutional ones to which it accedes by virtue of its judicial procedure.
