The author intends to help know the difficult legislative and regulatory application that make up the regulatory order of this armed institute of civil nature highlighting the regulatory power that the City has to configure its fundamentally derived police statute, in addition to the Statute of Autonomy itself, the approval of the Basic Statute of the Public Employee.
