In this paper we edit the budget that the Belgian gunsmith craft Lesoinne prepared for Andreas Louriotis and Ioannis Orlandos, when they were the delegates of the Government of Corinth in London, offering military supplies for the Greek Army in July 1824. The context, in which this document appears, evidences that the supports offered to the Greeks in their conflict with the Ottoman Empire sought the triumph of liberty as well as to serve economic interests.
