    Elusive to pedagogical devices due to its status as a complex aesthetic object, poetry in school becomes a challenge when it comes to designing ways of approaching it. The following article recovers perspectives around the poetic that determine practices in their classroom work, to design a didac-tic proposal that articulates alliances, diver-gences and possible relationships between poetry, reading, writing, the use of the voice and the body from the approach to rap music as a poetic manifestation, seeking to open a field of questions with possibilities of realization in a literature classroom.
