                            [a] => This piece of work is a first approach to the hierarchical structure of the textual content (cantigas) written down in the main extant sources of Galician-Portuguese Medieval Lyric Poetry. We mean to point out the way in which the different parts of the cantigas are demarcated. This description of the diuiso textus will let us distinguish between a general level (cantiga, sheet, manuscript) and a particular level in which the special writing features of each scribe will appear. These scribes may have drawn some main guidelines that were left behind in some specific moments in the history of the re-writing of the texts, causing ecdotic errors. A closer and thorough study of the ordinatio of the main extant sources of Galician-Portuguese Medieval Lyric Poetry, of the "detours" caused by the scribal agents, and of the previous copies of our material, will be the only way of thinking hypothesis with solid basis.
