In this paper it is offered a formal analysis of some notions, such as "everyone knows", common knowledge and implicit knowledge of a group, which are particularly helpful for the philosophical analysis of group knowledge. Therefore, this paper is intended to show some interesting relationships between epistemic logic and theory of collective action. In our opinion, the logical treatment of these kinds of notions can improve our understanding of those situations in which multiple agents are concerned. This can be very important in several fields of research, and specially in the study of collective action, because the agents' knowledge often determines their different courses of action. Finally, we'll briefly discuss some perspectives for future research.
