The main objective of this paper is make a brief comparative analysis between the considered as a traditional haiku or hokku, and the Salvat-Papasseit's poems compiled under the title of "Vibracions", published in 1921 in his L'irradiador del port i les gavines, to see the possible continuity of a topic of this Japanese poetry: its reference to the nature and the reality as a seasonal poem. In order to do an introduction, firstly, we offer a panoramic and schematic vision of the history and evolution of haiku, pointing out its characteristics as a natural verse. Shortly, we are about the influenced by haiku work of Ezra Pound and the Imaginists, and the forgotten Spanish poet Juan José Domenchina, too.
