Secondly, the paper is oriented to explain how the formation of  concepts is the philosophical key to understand Agudeza y arte de ingenio. Finally the paper delves into the understanding of the concept from the point of view of  artifice as well as this creative logic that, starting from a relational logic, can also  account for the formation of concepts from a genetic perspective
