Far away from rutinary, horizontal and historical places and times, the French philosopher Gaston Bachelard and the Argentinian poet Roberto Juarroz focused their philosophic and poetical works in a particular dynamism through which they placed the creative imagination in a vertical chronotope. In such manner, throughout a series of descents towards the bottom of matter, the aerial freedom of a psychism related to creative dreams allows each of them to ascend towards the other side of the regular space, towards the backhand of a well-known world, so that both of them are able to ignore this world, neglect it and light up unpublished realities that trascend when they exceed the abysm where everything seemed to end. This is how Bachelard's flame and Juarroz's well are two dynamic images which are used on these absolutely heterodox and vertical approaches to creation.
