For this analysis, in the light of our time, I will reflect on how the various narrative resources can give rise to interpretations and re-readings from the feminine, dealing with topics such as illness, the body, social and family constructions, or the monstrous that alterities and ominous disaffection through mechanisms of the naming language, masculinities, or heteronormative patterns. The female body, and even more dramatically, a woman's body, is a strange crossroads between zoe and bios, physiology and genetic narrative and biography. For this reason, I will refer to two postulates that Pablo Palacio places throughout his work: The small realities and the discredit of reality, through which I will try to highlight situations and laws that were detrimental to integrity. of human beings and in this work, I will relate it to the rights of women within a cluster of patriarchal practices and systems, through two articulating axes of Palacian work: the essay La propiedad de la mujer, published by Pablo Palacio in 1932 where he puts the situation of women in the 30s in crisis; and the characters of various stories where women are a compressed image not subject, morally and intellectually inferior to their male peers.
