Many of these texts, for its specificity and pragmatic function, have an important perlocutionary function. In the selected corpus we can find characters symbolically deprived of capacity of action. These characters, as long as they apply some effort, surpassing obstacles, can always achieve a certain symbolic status. This way these texts teach their readers to believe in the power of the word to transform the world.
