Formal aspects, such as codicological features of the copy, its rhyme scheme and structure as well as the ideological vision that is represented and the management of the historical-legendary matter which constitutes its main source will be discussed. A big part of the research is devoted to the comparison between the already mentioned comedy and an earlier a homonymous work belonging to Códice de Autos Viejos.
