    This paper analyzes, from an ethnolinguist point of view, the use of the concept of health in slogans of the cosmetics advertising with eufemistic aims to elevate to products of beauty to the pseudosanitary product category. The cosmetics advertising is compared to the proverbs on the aesthetic cares of the body. Both types of messages reflect different visions on the relation between beauty and health.
