This article presents the learning project "TradAV: Website for the learning and practice of audiovisual translation" and discusses the grounds for its implementation. The project is approached from a multidisciplinary approach and provides a classification of resources related to the study and practice of audiovisual translation and of those forms of translation which share specific characteristics and/or challenges. These resources are sorted by modality, subject area and technical aspects, in order to compile up-to-date materials and ensure the optimal usability of the website. In addition, the site (http://www.uco.es/tradav) offers infographics, interviews, video tutorials, relevant links to websites and podcasts, a blog and other multimedia resources that can be very useful for conducting practical activities as part of different subjects in the Bachelor's Degree in Translation and Interpreting. For all these reasons, TradAV becomes a channel for the transfer of knowledge that benefits students, teachers, researchers, professional translators and any person interested in this discipline, and it is hoped to serve as a bridge between the academic and professional worlds. The main objective of this article is, therefore, to describe the elements that constitute the website emerging from the project, as well as its launching in an open space. It also outlines the preliminary results of the teaching-learning process after the implementation of TradAV in the audiovisual translation classroom and discusses the future prospects that will enable the continuity and nurturing of this learning project.
