The three Castilian poems from the early 13th century belonging to the MS K-III-4 (Libro de Apolonio, Vida de Santa María Egipciaca, Libro de los tres reyes de Oriente) present a similar valuation of the health and the medieval disease, which is perceived in the medical metaphors and the miraculous cures that are repeated from a poem to other one, giving account of a Spanish clergy in which combine education and Christian sense of the poetical task
