This article offers a first unpublished Spanish translation from the original Latin text Basia (Kisses). Written in the Renaissance by the erotic Dutch poet Juan Segundo, Basia was widely influential among later well-known authors, such as Sannazaro, Ben Jonson, Meléndez Valdés, Jean Bonnefons, etc. The Spanish text was rendered by Graciliano Afonso, a Preromantic humanist writer from the Canary Islands and one of the most interesting erotic poets in Spanish literature. This paper presents the second part of our study.
