Teaching Spanish to immigrants is an exciting but complex profession because classes can be very diverse: teachers have to work with students from beginner and advanced levels at the same time. In this context it's necessary to include different ideas and concepts in the same explanation. This paper proposes that Pragmatics is an essential tool to achieve this goal. For this reason, two aspects of Spanish language showing the connections between Grammar and Pragmatics are analyzed: the article and the future.
